Angela Coaston has been a Registered Nurse for over 23 years with an expertise in in-patient, community-based and faith-based care. She has served in several capacities including leadership development, strategic partnerships, operations, management, training, grant writing and grant management. She is active in the community and is highly motivated and passionate to improve and foster change within health care systems, faith communities and communities at large. She has numerous affiliations and established connections with the health industry and utilizes effective communication to cultivate relationships and partnerships.

 

As the Consultant and former CEO/Executive Director of the Well of Healing Mobile Medical Clinic, she leads a team of volunteers providing free primary care services to the homeless, uninsured and uninsured in San Bernardino County. Angela is the Director of Transitional Care Management at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Her role as Director is to plan, develop and implement innovations that will bridge the gap in the care continuum across the health care system.

 

Angela is happily married to her loving husband Zac Coaston. They are the proud parents of four children. She and her family are members of Water of Life Community Church South Fontana where her husband is the Lead Pastor. Together they serve the needs of their community desiring to bring health, healing and wholeness to individuals and families in need.
