Matthew Sterling Grundy applies his extensive business and consulting experience to set a new bar of quality and excellence in education and ministry.

 

Matthew has helped to lead a national education organization effectively partner with over 1,000 schools across the United States. His efforts have cultivated strong stakeholder relationships, garnering client satisfaction ratings of over 96 percent.

 

Matthew is board member of the nations fastest growing non profits aimed at helping students reach their goals in career and college. Additionally, he provides organizational and management consulting to companies across the US. Matthew's history of volunteerism complements a successful career providing investment advisory services and enterprenuerial expertise.  As a layman, Matthew served as youth pastor for five years . Before joining the Rocket Group Matthew served as CEO and founder of BMD Investments. Prior to that, he was a risk manager at Deloitte, working with clients such as Microsoft and 21st Century Insurance.

 

A Southern California native, Matthew received his degree from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. Matthew is happily married, a father of five, and passionate about the development of the next generation.
